The Challenge
Showtime needed a promo package that could stand up alongside the raucous comedy of it’s cocaine-fueled hit Black Monday. After taking down Wall Street and suffering the consequences, the crew is beginning to embrace the 90’s. The promo package, key art and social needed to have a cohesive over-the-top 90’s aesthetic.

Our Approach
Working closely with the Showtime team, we developed a package of aggressively 90’s designs with the animation style of a Downtown Julie Brown introduced MTV club video. Icons of 90s culture are clashed with a neon palette and filtered through a hazy VHS treatment. The style carries across social, key art and packaging to create a unified language for season three.
